I will make a bad photograph look better

Got a photo you like but the the lighting isn't very good, or you need it resized or cropped, or turned black and white?

Then i can probably enhance it and make it somewhat better than it already is. We're not talking extensive retouching or being able to perform magic, but a bit of basic solid post processing to try and help bring out the best in the image.
